Pricing
One unit, no subscription: €0.20 per translation per target
language, drawn from your organisation's prepaid credit balance.
How the unit works
A translation is one submitted ingredient line (a single
ingredient or a full comma-separated label). You choose the target
languages per organisation profile — each selected language costs
€0.20. A full 7-language label therefore costs
€1.40, including allergen detection and all five
regional renderings. Cached repeats are billed the same — you pay
for the delivered, audit-ready label, not for our compute.
| Volume example | Target languages | Cost |
| 1 label line | 7 | €1.40 |
| 50 label lines | 7 | €70.00 |
| 200 label lines | 3 (e.g. DE / EN / FR) | €120.00 |
| 500 label lines | 7 | €700.00 |

Frequently asked questions
- How do credits work?
- Credits are a prepaid balance in EUR held by your organisation.
Every completed translation deducts €0.20 × target
languages. Your dashboard shows the balance and every movement is
recorded in an append-only ledger.
- What counts as one translation?
- One submitted ingredient line — whether it's a single
ingredient or a full comma-separated label. All five regional
renderings and the allergen analysis are included; only the number
of target languages changes the price.
- Which languages and regions are covered?
- Languages: German, English, French, Italian, Hungarian, Slovenian
and Spanish (US). Regions: EU (Regulation 1169/2011 Annex II),
UK (FIC), Switzerland (LIV), USA (FALCPA / FASTER) and Australia
(PEAL).
- Is there an API?
- Yes — a JSON REST API with Bearer-token auth, idempotency
keys and per-token rate limits. See the
API documentation.
- How do we get invoiced?
- Manual invoicing: you order a credit package, we invoice, and the
credits are granted to your organisation on payment. No credit card,
no self-serve checkout — procurement-friendly by design.
- What about data confidentiality?
- Organisations are strictly isolated: jobs, results, spend and API
tokens are only visible inside your own org. Access is invite-only;
there is no public sign-up.
